You will discover your voice as a wonderful, creative, healing instrument — and as a gateway to your self-empowerment.
But it’s not just about the voice coming from your throat, it’s about the sound that resonates from the depths of your soul. Here, intuition and expression merge, so you can freely express yourself and stand tall in your full greatness.
This is a special space where we come together—a safe place where you can let go, release burdens, and awaken your inner treasures. A place where sounds and words heal, where images arise from the soul.
A space where everything can be said, felt, and expressed exactly as it is in this moment.
Together, we create a field that reminds, strengthens, and encourages you—bringing everything gently into alignment within you.
We begin in silence.
You connect with your heart, your intention—most of all with the feeling of how you want to feel at the end of this journey. This feeling guides you like an inner compass.
To start, I have drawn tarot cards—as a mirror for what is currently showing or wanting to transform within our group. They offer us initial impulses and hint at where the journey might lead.
Then we let go—free the body, shake off tension, open our voices.
We dive deeper into the process, deepen self-awareness and self-love—and allow energies to arise intuitively. I hold the space, receive sounds, messages, and images for the group, and gently guide the process while you move more and more out of your head—into your hear, your body, your vitality, your joy.
Everything is welcome. Everything may flow.
We do exactly what is needed in the moment.
We work with free vocal toning and humming, words, breath, body, visualizations, archetypes, colors, frequencies, and guided meditation.
There is also the possibility to show yourself and share.
If you wish, I accompany you with questions and impulses on your inner journey.
At the end of the evening, we let it gently fade away through our sounds.
Often, I receive messages and images that will guide and strengthen you on your journey.
And no—you don’t have to be able to “sing.”
It’s about sounding, feeling, creating—from within.
It’s about feeling yourself in your essence—and truly listening to yourself.
