To begin, you’ll receive a PDF from me to help you gently tune in and prepare.
After that, we’ll meet 4 to 6 times for deep, focused sessions of about 2 hours – supported by exercises and inspirations tailored to you and your current life situation. We’ll meet weekly or every 2 to 3 weeks on zoom – just the right pace to keep the process flowing and help you stay on track. Between sessions, I’ll be there for you – via email or WhatsApp, whatever feels right for you.
In our first session, we’ll take a look together:
Where are you right now? What truly moves you? And where do you want to go?
From there, we’ll move forward step by step – fully in your rhythm.
And as a gift, you’ll also receive access to two Strong Voice Circles – my regular online group sessions where we support and inspire each other.
