Our work together begins with an initial consultation, where we clarify your wishes and goals. Depending on your needs, our collaboration can span 5 sessions, or extend over a longer period of up to six months.

What does your program include:
1. Customized training program
In an initial consultation, we clarify your wishes and goals. Based on this, I – with your consent – design your personal journey. A blend of identity work, embodiment practices, and vocal and energetic exercises. Each month focuses on a specific theme to deepen your process intentionally.
2. Weekly Deep Dive Sessions
From week to week, we raise your vibration, regulate your nervous system, and strengthen your resilience so you can hold and receive more. Sessions usually last around 90 minutes, but we don’t watch the clock—they end when it feels right for us.
3. Personally channeled transmissions
Sometimes light language, sometimes power talk, sometimes hybrid – everything that is important for you in the moment and comes through specifically for you is available as an audio you can listen to.
4. Unlimited WhatsApp Support
Have questions or need extra support between sessions? Whether it’s additional exercises, sharing, or guidance, your journey continues playfully and effortlessly.
5. Recordings of your sessions
All sessions are recorded so you can revisit and deepen your experience at your own pace.
