What To Expect:
A varied blend of holistic energy work with the voice, intuitive coaching, and inner journey.
We work with intuitive toning, breathwork, emotional release, tapping, body percussion, tarot, archetypes, colors, frequencies, inner imagery, and body-and self-awareness – intuitively attuned to what is needed in the moment.
I gently guide the group through a deep, transformative process. Along the way, I read the group field, receive sounds, impulses, energies, and messages that support us on our journey.
Each group is unique – often, a central theme reveals itself and leads us through the session.
Our Journey Together:
Phase 1 – Tuning In with Tarot
We arrive together, leave the everyday behind, and open a safe, sacred space. With the guidance of the Tarot cards, we dive into the group’s theme, connect with the wisdom of the field – and with the unique medicine that each individual brings
Phase 2 – Deep Embodiment
Through gentle, profound bodywork, blockages can begin to release. Your energy starts to flow, you feel your inner power, and anchor more into your own frequency.
Phase 3 – Trance Journey and Closing
Now it’s time for a soulful inner journey to let the new energies unfold and integrate. I receive messages and also work with light language to support you in your process. Afterwards, there is space for sharing, reflection, and questions.
