Each session lasts up to 2 hours, and the four sessions can be conducted over a short period (e.g., two weekends or one month) or spread out over four months. Between sessions, you'll receive tailored steps and exercises specifically designed to support your process. Feel free to share your processes and questions with me after the sessions.
